About the Event

Join solicitor Robert Schon for a workshop which will help you work through the different aspects of appointing Lasting Power of Attorneys to manage your health and finances.  We will also touch on important aspects of will-writing.

About Robert Schon

Robert describes himself as ‘a 70-year-old still working solicitor. I spent the first 28 years of my career in the City and have now spent 19 years working locally as a sole practitioner. One of my definitions of real love is leaving your affairs tidily. In my opinion this includes having in place both types of lasting power and including in each ‘flavour’ to help your attorneys reach decisions and a will that sets out your testamentary wishes. A lasting power has no authority on death and similarly a will has no authority during the donor’s lifetime.’
