Celebrating Birth
A Naming ceremony, sometimes called a Baptism or Christening in the Christian tradition, welcomes a baby or child into the world and its community. The Chapel service focuses on the commitment of family and friends, as well as the parents, to offer the child love and support. Our Minister can help you create a special family ceremony.

Wedding Ceremonies
Rosslyn Hill Chapel offers a beautiful setting for a Wedding, including same-sex weddings, as well as Civil Partnership and Civil Partnership to Marriage conversion ceremonies. Being a Unitarian Chapel, we have a great flexibility and freedom to make your wedding ceremony special. We treat each wedding as personal, and our Minister will plan the details in partnership with you. We are proud to be one of the few places of worship to offer same-sex weddings in a spiritual setting. Anyone is invited to request a wedding at the Chapel regardless of faith or belief, our Minister is happy to discuss your requirements with you. Read more...

Funerals & Memorial Services
Our beautiful Chapel offers a tranquil space for a memorial service or a funeral. Our Minister can help to plan and conduct a service which commemorates and reflects the person’s life. The service is a celebration of love and an affirmation of life which can include favourite readings, music and tributes which honour the deceased. We work in collaboration with local Funeral Directors so there is a choice between a Funeral ceremony followed by a local cremation or burial. Some families also choose to hold a larger scale Memorial service at a later date when travel allows a greater number of loved ones to attend.
Music
Our Organist and Director of Music, John Evans, is available for hire to play music on our Steinway grand piano and magnificent organ for your ceremony. The Rosslyn Hill Singers, our professional vocal ensemble available for hire with a varied and exciting repertoire from traditional to modern music. They are happy to consider special requests.
