About the Event
Our 30 Minute Mindfulness sessions are based on mindfulness meditation practices in the Buddhist tradition. You will be led through three guided meditations which focus on being present in the body, being aware of the breath and calming the busy mind. These short meditations are aimed at those who want to deepen their meditation practice or begin meditating for the first time. Do join us for a peaceful pause at the end of the weekend. Open to all – people of all beliefs are welcome.
The service will begin promptly at 6pm. Please arrive in good time to be seated before the start of the service.
Using hand sanitiser, wearing masks and maintaining social distance is now a matter of personal choice when you come to our spacious and airy Chapel. For more information, visit our Covid page.
This event is free, but donations are always welcome!
Can be made as cash or contactless donations at the back of the Chapel. You can also donate to the Chapel online. Our collections in November, with the exception of online donations, will be shared with the Good Cause of the Month, the Chapel's Cold Weather Shelter run in collaboration with the C4WS Homeless Project. Any Gift Aid claimed by the Chapel will go wholly to support the Chapel.
