Autumn Leaves Walk and Talk

A walk to the Heath to enjoy the change of seasons. We will share our love of trees and revel in the colours that shape the Heath through poetry and gentle conversation as well as the opportunity to walk in mindful silence. In celebration of the natural world around us we will also be walking to join in the spectacle that is the Hampstead Heath conker championships.
