Autumn Spirituality micro retreat

As the light and warmth of summer is giving way to the colder and darker qualities of autumn, we witness nature becoming stiller, leaves are dropping, and the sap of life returns to its roots, preparing to rest.

This is the season to learn to nurture and self-care, to turn to the INNER light, to transition from activity to rest, to observe the thinning veil between life and death, whilst we let-go into the roots of our being.
