Conscious Ageing Workshop: An Exploration

Workshop led by interfaith minister Felice Rhiannon. The ageing process offers a rich opportunity for reflection and spiritual growth. There are many resources available for maintaining our physical health, yet very little supports our inner well-being. Let us gather together to create an innovative and passionate paradigm for ageing. We will engage in practices developed by Sage-ing International®, as well as Felice Rhiannon’s recently published book, Ageing with Awareness: 52 Contemplations for a Year of Inspiration, to explore the inner dimension of growing older. (It is not necessary to have read the book before the workshop.)
