Peace of Cake gathering

To mark International Women’s Day later in the week, we offer an interactive event which brings together speakers from different backgrounds to speak about being a woman of faith in their context. With a chance to make friends and eat cake...

We'll hear from members of the Baha'i, Christian, Jewish, Muslim communities then share our stories and ideas in small discussion groups. And we will be collecting feminine hygiene products to donate to local charities to address 'period poverty'.

Children are welcome - some children's activities for International Women's Day will be available at the back of the Chapel with Jo from our Bright Lights Children's Chapel team.
