We’re delighted to welcome back Stephan Hein for his Spring Spirituality Micro Retreat - Celebrating spring’s themes of renewal, growth, and transformation.

As nature awakens, you’ll be invited to align with its rhythms through practices focused on cleansing, rebirth, joy, and connection. The experience blends reflection with holistic elements like music, mantra, Ayurvedic insights, and Yoga Nidra to support balance and inner awareness.

Through gentle movement, breathwork, and journaling, this retreat offers a space to pause, reset, and reconnect—leaving you with practical tools to carry forward into daily life.

Please arrive at 1.45pm for a 2pm start. Refreshments are available

Suggested donation: £10 - give what you can. Bring a yoga mat for the Yoga Nidra if you want – but it is not necessary.
