About the Event
The darkest part of winter - with its heaviness, bleakness and the cold - soon lies behind us, as subtle energies are starting to knock on our doors, holding the promise of new life and creation.
With the tender stirring of life’s reemergence we have reached the perfect time to plant seeds for new beginnings, supporting growth and rebirth for our whole being. Reflecting on the gifts of this darkest of seasons and how to best draw on sources of strength, we learn to nourish our lives, overcoming the shadows.
Join us in community as we dream, reflect, resolve, and seed new ideas - through fire ritual, music, mantra, poetic word, yoga nidra and seasonal Ayurvedic medicine lifestyle recommendations. Anchoring ourselves into wholeness we awaken as a clearing for the miracle of life & nature to be reborn through us once again.
