The darkest part of winter - with its heaviness, bleakness and the cold - soon lies behind us, as subtle energies emerge, holding the promise of new life and creation.
This tender stirring is the perfect time to plant seeds for new beginnings, preparing rebirth of our whole being. Reflecting on the gifts of this darkest of seasons and connecting to sources of strength, we nurture ourselves from deep within, overcoming the shadows.
Such activity not only brings healing, awakening and inner peace, it also helps us stay strong, resilient and trusting in the outer world, a world that is in breathtaking transition and change.
