About the Event
Conflict is a part of everyday life and relationships but there are methods we can employ to manage conflict in a healthier and helpful way. This workshop offers the opportunity for us to consider what can trigger a conflict, the reasons why we handle conflict the way we do, and how we can improve our response to conflict so that we resolve issues more constructively.
About Sara: Sara Wilcox runs her own charity which focusses on the law and dementia. However, due to the fact that dementia can create family tensions and conflict, she studied for a Diploma in Conflict Resolution to better assist her clients who are struggling with unhealthy dynamics that caring for someone with dementia can expose.
