This event will take place in Rosslyn Hall
Wu Wei: Effortless Flow led by Rev Kate Dean
We will explore the principles of tai chi and the concept of Wu Wei, which can be understood as effortless action perfectly in harmony with natural processes. With readings from the Tao Te Ching offered by tai chi teacher Wilson, we will reflect on the relationship between attentiveness, balance and ease. A tai chi class will follow the service for those who wish to actively engage with these practices.
Bright Lights: Children's Chapel programme taking place simultaneously in The Hall, children can look forward to doing fun and educational activities related to this week's topic.
You can also watch online via our YouTube Channel.
