November theme : Repair

Our theme for services and events this month is 'Repair'. Here, we share some inspiring words of wisdom and some questions to give you food for thought.

Words of Wisdom

'The times are urgent; let us slow down.' Bayo Akomolafe

'Character is determined by how we repair it.' Carson Anekeya

Questions for Reflection

1. How would your life change if you committed to giving yourself a dose of joy once-a-week?

2. Are some things better left broken? Does everything need to be repaired?

3. Nature repairs us. What part of the healing earth is calling you to come back?
