Everyone's invited to our place to enjoy a wonderful series of festive and spiritual gatherings this December, celebrating the many ways people find light and meaning in the winter season.

Highlights include a Christmas Decorating and Pizza Party on Sunday, 7 December from 12.30–2.30pm, when all ages can help transform the Chapel for the holiday season. On Sunday, 14 December, the much-loved Carol Service at 11am brings all voices together with the Chapel Choir, followed by mulled wine and mince pies. The same day continues with the monthly Lunch Club and a Climate Café in the afternoon for those exploring hope in the face of climate anxiety (please register for the Climate Café HERE).
This year, we introduce two new interfaith and inclusive festive gatherings: Sharing the Light on Thursday, 18 December, will feature Hindu, Baha’i, pagan, Jewish and Muslim voices, while Friday, 19 December, sees the return of Martin DiMaggio with a Humanistic Judaism service for Hanukkah. On Sunday, 21 December, the Chapel hosts a reflective Blue Christmas service at 11am, for those who find the season difficult, and a pagan Winter Solstice ceremony at 7pm. The season concludes with a Christmas Eve Candlelight Service at 6pm and a short, intimate Christmas Day service at 10am.
Check out the chapel's What's On page for the full list of what we have planned for December. We hope to see you at the Chapel this festive season!
