Paid Children’s Chapel Coordinator and Creche Playworker vacancies from September


Rosslyn Hill Unitarian Chapel is an open-minded spiritual community where people of all religious faiths and spiritual beliefs are welcomed equally. Our Children’s Chapel programme, called Bright Lights, encourages children to think for themselves. Join us on Sunday mornings!


Children’s Chapel Coordinator - Three Sundays per month plus a planning session

The Coordinator is responsible for delivering a Unitarian programme of spiritual development for children aged 6 and over, based on resources from the Unitarian Universalist Association using activities including discussions, crafts, games and stories. Development of the programme will be supported by advice from the Minister and Chair of the Children’s Chapel Committee.

Work hours: Sundays 1.5 hours (10.45 - 12.15).

Pay: £35-40 per week, based on experience

(September to June; three Sundays onsite plus 1planning session per month)

Creche Playworker - Weekly on Sundays

The crèche leader’s role will be to provide dependable, safe and nurturing care to children between the ages of 2-5 in a clean and secure environment during our church services. Age-appropriate care will include holding, sitting

with and cheerfully interacting with children through games, stories, crafts and play.

Work hours: Sundays 1.5 hours (10.45 - 12.15)

Pay: £25 per week - September to June
